一、举报人在江苏省阜宁县窑湾公寓23号401室安置房存在严重的质量问题。
二、江苏省阜宁经济开发区玩忽职守，失职、渎职，致豆腐渣工程顺利交付，事后又伪造检测报告！
三、江苏省阜宁县土地储备中心弄虚作假、找人代签协议、欺骗老百姓达成土地征收协议！
经过如下:刘筑于2013年因204国道江苏省阜宁县段拆迁，安置在江苏省阜宁经济开发区窑湾公寓23号401室，2016年准备装修居住。发现该安置房存在严重质量问题和安全隐患。江苏省阜宁经济开发区管委会委托江苏省阜宁县建筑工程质量监督站检测。江苏省阜宁县建筑工程质量监督站不按行业规定和国标检测，居然出具虚假检测报告，如：按标准应取样三根钢筋50公分弯曲、试拉、曲折。而江苏省阜宁经济开发区和江苏省阜宁县建筑工程质量监督站强调客观原因，只能取样一根25.7公分钢筋进行检测，如此检测报告就能证明该房有质量问题？其目的何在？
江苏省阜宁经济开发区窑湾公寓北小区安置房建于2011年，验收时间是2011年12月30日！江苏省阜宁经济开发区是怎么让这样的豆腐渣工程验收合格的？与承建方究竟又是什么关系？关于安置房存在质量安全问题，我多次向有关部门反映，直到现在也没有任何部门回复处理！
老百姓的权益问题，与生活生计息息相关，是实实在在的，看得见、摸得着、能够直接感受得到。我们党为人民而生，因人民而兴，老百姓利益就是党的利益，维护老百姓的利益就是维护党的利益，对老百姓利益负责，就是对党的事业负责。党章规定：“党除了工人阶级和最广大老百姓的利益，没有自己特殊的利益。党在任何时候都把老百姓利益放在第一位，同老百姓同甘共苦，保持最密切的联系，坚持权为民所用、情为民所系、利为民所谋，不允许任何党员脱离老百姓，凌骂于老百姓之上。”这是所有党员干部必须尊崇和捍卫的金规铁律，字字传递着“人民至上”的强音。
确实维护老百牲的合法权益，就是“国之大者”。这里面承载了共产党人的使命感，焕发着共产党人的生命力，是始终与人民保持血肉联系的关键所在，也是推进全面依法治国的题中之义。现实生活中，个别地方、个别党员干部把党的宗旨和法定义务置于脑后，只关心个人私利和仕途，漠视甚至侵害老百姓利益，不作为、慢作为、乱作为，啃噬老百姓的合法权益，与党的初心和使命相背离。江苏省徐州市“丰县生育八孩女子”事件暴露的就是一些党员干部漠视老百姓利益，对老百姓的疾苦熟视无睹，对‘存在问题麻木不仁，给我们敲响了维护老百姓合法权益的底线不容失守的警钟。
希望江苏省阜宁县人民政府对江苏省阜宁经济开发区弄虚作假、渎职失职不作为乱作为的行为立即制止，把老百姓的事放在第一位！也希望江苏省阜宁县经济开发区有关部门及领导以人民为中心，权为民所用，积极担当履职，拿出实际举措，切实回应人民群众的合理诉求。
